Captain Robert W. Mudge is an engaging writer who tells the fascinating and sometimes harrowing tale of one the USA's early airlines. Thanks to Cpt. Mudge, Northeast Airline's rich and colorful history was not lost when it was acquired by Delta Airlines in the late 1960s. Captain Mudge went on, after retirement from Delta, to become a quietly influential teacher and pioneer in the field of crew resource management. This book is highly recommended!
