We got this CD for my Father In Law because my wife Susan remembered when she was a young girl that he liked Martin Denny. After listening to it (I had to being a semi-Pro musician) I found it to be hypnotic, trouble freeing and quite diverse in the song structures. We enjoyed it very much and I'm sure that he will too when he gets it for Father's Day. All selections are instrumental with the exception of one that has narration of a beat type poetic interlude about an octopus and a squirrel. It's a kick back and relax type of album and for me at least, was played over and over for a few times instead of just once before I decided to listen to something else. Retro Exotica and jazzy that is relaxing and pensive. The recording quality is stellar. Gooood Stuff!!!
