Well organized, easy to read (but not so over simplified as to lose the messages conveyed), provides citations and case authority for further investigation. Covers FTC, FCC, NAD/NARB, Lanham Act, FDA labeling and common law causes of action. Has been an excellent legal resource for my desk....
