Excellent resource for lawyers and marketing professionals interested in understanding the basics of advertising regulations and the corresponding court decisions. Well organized, easy to read (but not so over simplified as to lose the messages conveyed), provides citations and case authority for further investigation. Covers FTC, FCC, NAD/NARB, Lanham Act, FDA labeling and common law causes of action. Has been an excellent legal resource for my desk....
