I had to return this dvd because the format was not playable on my dvd player. I did not know this when I made the purchase, or I did not see where it would have told me. I was to get a credit to my credit card for the return, I will look on this months bill. Otherwise the only thing I think can be made more clear is the format of dvds and what area they are good for. It could have been my fault too. I will purchase from this site again if I need to. I have no complaints, my problem was taken care of as soon as I notified them. Still waiting to see the refund though.
