After years of struggling with the cap on other Advil bottles I've purchased finally they have come out with an easy to twist cap. This is of course not for homes with small children and if you are a grandparent you should keep it high up in a cupboard that children can not access. But what a joy it was to open a bottle without so much fuss. Advil seems to work for me when I get a headache or muscle ache or menstrual cramps. However it DOES NOT work for backache. I am sorry to say. When my back went out over a month ago I just had to suffer until I went to the Chiropractor. This advil only seems to work for MINOR aches and pains. Also if you have a migraine this might not completely take it away. I usually have to put ice on the back of my neck. I knew there was something in my apartment I hadn't reviewed and this was it. lol

I have tried many products on the market and used to be a firm believer in tylenol for aches and pains till I switched to advil and what a difference. I will not switch back again as this is the medicine that works for me aand my family and have told many friends about it.
This is definitely a product I would recommend.
