This book outlines the direction of the financial services industry and how advisors (not product-based salespeople) will dominate the marketplace. This book gives a lot of good advice and guidance on how to change the way you think about your career and how to create your own unique process. The book is quite redundant, you will feel like you are reading the same thing 100 times, however Sullivan makes many quality points. I would highly recommend this book to any advisor wanting to create a unique experience and process for their clients. And if you are a product based advisor, here is your wake up call.
