Bob Dumouchel founded and served as the CEO for five start-up businesses including one that was named two years running as one of INC 500's fastest growing privately held companies. Bob has been involved in search engine marketing since 1994. Rob Dumouchel has worked extensively in military intelligence, linguistics, sales, and Internet marketing. He served in the U.S. Army as a signals intelligence analyst and as the Internet marketing manager for a regional Toyota dealer. Rob has gained certifications as a Google Adwords Professional and a Yahoo Search Ambassador.

The spelling and grammatical errors within this book are unbelievable! Some of the information is good stuff but because of the countless errors it's hard to take anything they say seriously. I would not recommend this book to anyone! Shame on whoever published this book & shame on the authors that attached their name to it!

The authors have put together a fine book with some very good advice on how to avoid paying what they call the GIT ("Google Ignorance Tax"). In fact, I easily earned back the price of the book -- probably 10 times over -- within an hour of getting to the last page. It only takes one or two gems of wisdom about Adwords from folks who are actually in the trenches getting results for clients to make the book well worthwhile. The authors apparently are the real deal.
I did not, however, give the book 5 stars because it was filled with so many spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors as to make one think it was written by a grade school dropout. The closer to the end of the book I got the worse and more frequent the errors seemed to be. This book should never have gone to press before getting to the desk of a competent Editor with plenty of red pencils. The poor writing aside, I still recommend this book to anyone who's interested in leveraging the PPC advertising medium to get tons of new customers at the lowest cost possible.

Reading from a search marketers perspective provides thoughtful insight on deploying Adwords. I appreciate the breakdown to Adwords basics discussing cause and effect when meddling with the various Adwords component parameters with accompanying explanations and strategies, as well as the authors' real world experiences. This book helped to gain a better overall understanding of Adwords strategies beyond the basic how to book.
