The hat itself looks great, BUT... We ordered this in the size that I normally wear in a hat, and when it arrived it was so big it fell down onto my ears. So, at our own expense we returned it for a smaller size, and that size is so tight that it makes my head hurt to wear it. We decided not to waste any more money on shipping, so we kept it anyway, but I'm not happy.

All my hats/caps (lot's) are true 7/38, large. The fiddler cap I purchased from 'Hats.com' is not a true 7/38, large. The cop is miss-sized and it fits like an 7-1/2, XL. However, I do like the cap, so I contact 'Hats.com' to see if they would exchange it for a smaller size. I also asked would I have to pay for return shipping from there side, "YES". ...Customer service informed me that they don't do, 'Customer Courtesy Exchange Shipping'. Said, 'Hats.com' will only pay for Exchange Shipping in the event of company Fault/Errors, like making a mistake in sending the wrong size". Hmmmm? Ok... I don't mind paying shipping to return the cap to get the right size, but If I have to pay shipping both ways, then I would be spending way more money than the cap is worth! Oh well, 'Hats.com' just lost a repeat customer.

Dont regret buying this hat at all ... looks cute with almost everything, the size is wrong and i do not wear it often because it doesnt stay still didnt want to change it so i kept the hat.

In the band (same color) on the front, there was some manufacturer malfunction, fixed it with some scissors, expected more of course. I think ill get the blue one later, having second thoughts about the sizes.

I ordered this hat 2 days ago and received it today, it came 4 days before expected arrival, which is amazing. Great quality, arrived the size I ordered it.

along with some of the other reviewers here, hat sizing is way off. how would you not fix that by now? doesn't seem like a great company.
