This is a great deal. The comforter is very soft, and warm. I will be buying 2 more for my daughters. You wont't be disapointed.

This comforter completely satisfys all the sales specs that it was listed as having. It is well made, it's individual squares are plumply stuffed with down (and no sign of any feathers), the "faux suede" fabric is very soft to the touch and without any coloring or weaving blemishes and the size is more than adequate for covering the bed with some left over. It is definitely a "winter" down comforter and delightful both to sleep under or just to snuggle up in while reading a good book or watching that favorite movie. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and plan to purchase another to give as a "going off to college" gift.

Nice for summer/spring, don't spend full price,

Somewhat lightweight (not a very high fill power), tag says minimum 75% down (NOT AS ADVERTISED). 13" box construction (not baffle box, with walls on all 4 sides to encourage down in the corners too, but better than no box). Microsuede feels nice, but since it's not machine-washable I bought a removable duvet cover. Feather fallout test: after plumping for a few minutes, I saw 2 feathers poking through. Guess that's due to the low thread count. Not too shabby for $40.

What a wonderful comforter. Probably the best comforter I've ever owned or slept under (with the possible exception of a hotel in Banff, but that's neither here or there). I'm not under the comforter for more than 30 seconds and I'm toasty warm (even with a snowy October in Detroit this year, but again, another digression). Anyways, the purpose of this review is just to say that the comforter is great. I might recommend buying a size larger than your bed as I like to wrap it around myself and that just doesn't leave a lot of extra blanket space for a neighbor.

I really like it. It's warm and soft and comfortable. The only problem is that it sheds feathers A LOT!!!

Living in Florida you really do not need anything too heavy. This comforter is perfect. Not to heavey yet not light either. It is on the thin side so if you are looking for warmth this is not the comforter for you. The quality is great. It seems to be well made. I would definitely purchase another in the future. It is hard to find a King sized comforter for less than 40 dollars. It does come out pretty wrinkled so you might want to have a steamer or a dryer that has a dry clean function on it. Buy this item, you won't be disappointed!

I LOVE my comforter. It is really really soft, the kids say "like a cloud". It is starting to lose a few feathers here and there but not that bad. And the feel of it makes up for everything.

This comforter is so soft. The suede is soft suede and you just want to stay in bed all day. The reverse side is satin and just as nice. It is not a full as I expected but still keeps you just as warm.

It's always hard buying comforters online since you can't physically feel the quality of it, but I decided to take a chance since it was so cheap.
I'm very happy with the results. The comforter is extremely thin and light, but it's amazingly soft and warm. I didn't expect such a thin and light blanket to be so warm!! The faux suede has this great feel to it and it's just so incredibly comforter. The pillow cases are really comfortable too!! I love the feel of it. Since I've received this comforter, I've been finding myself in bed earlier every single day. I definitely recommend everyone to purchase this!

Warm, too fuzzy,

Love my other down comforter.
I have a perfectly good down comforter, that I love. Use it year round. but, my mother in law bought us this one for a Groundhog's Day gift (don't ask!) I know it was expensive, and she meant well... but, I can't get used to the fuzzy Faux Suede part. I like my down comforter to be cool to the touch, not hot. Same reason I never use flannel sheets. Annoying. So, it's lovely, but, I keep it folded on the bottom of the bed, or on the floor. Then, I spread it out when she is coming over to visit. I'm sure some people will love it, but I prefer smooth. Stay cuddly with your hunny - kisses, sally |
