Low lumen output (530) which compares to a typical 40 watt bulb but this one dissipates 60 watts so don't buy it for efficiency, buy it for the long life rating.
So quick recap: No humming/noise, Dimmable to a usable level (15% is lowest), no flicker at all, and like 85% instant on (no delay).
