5.0 out of 5 stars Best airbed ever!
By far the best air mattress I've ever purchased. Very durable, doesn't lose air or get soft. Blows up very quick and easily with the pump it comes with. Comes with a very large bag that easily fits the mattress back inside with a whole lot of room to spare. Worth every penny. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a very high quality and easy to use bed.

3.0 out of 5 stars Very useful
This is a pretty nice bed. The pump isn't that great. Make sure you charge the cordless inflater seeing as you can not use it while plugged in. Kind of a dumb idea if you ask me. I ended up using a pump from another bed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Looks Great! Rides Like a Boat!, May 12, 2007
By
The Inlaws are comming soon and we had nowhere for them to sleep. This looked perfect. Well made and high off the floor. WE were pleased that it arrived so quickly. About four days. But, when we got on it to test it out, we found that the double matress design caused the occupents to sway back and forth, every whitchway, with every little movement. It felt like being in a boat, tied to the dock. in slightly choppy waters. This was the ONLY bad thing about it. I'm sorry, but I can not recomend this bed. They need to find some other way to make it higher off the floor. I decided to go with the standard design.

This is my first AeroBed purchase and I was impressed by the quality of the bed. It's very durable. After 24 hours of charging the pump, I tried to inflate the bed and the pump gave out before the bed was even half inflated. I put the pump back on the charger for another 24 hours and it still gave out before the bed was fully inflated. I called AeroBed and they were great about sending me out a new pump. Charged the new pump for over 24 hours and tried to inflate the bed again. The pump still gave out way before the bed was fully inflated. I gave up and dragged the bed out to my truck and inflated it that way. The bed stays nice and firm, but sways back and forth too much (kind of like a boat).

4.0 out of 5 stars Good inflatible, May 14, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My previous aerobed was a raised - queen-sized aerobed with air chanbers external to the queen-sized footprint added for stability. Though it was the same height as a regular bed, it took up too much room, and was still very wobbly.

We got this one as a replacement for the Raised-queen. Ours came with a hole, so we got to test the patch kit before it was even used. Thought to send it back, but we were in a jam with at least 400 pounds of inlaws arriving that night.

Inflated bed using pump on Car Accessory power since it did not have a full charge. Placed air mattress on queen sized box spring (from my bed - cause you can't have your aged inlaws sleep on the floor).

To my pleasant surprise, it was still inflated, and the in-laws reported comfortable sleep the next day.

4.0 out of 5 stars Aerobed All-Terrain Raised bed, June 12, 2007

This bed arrived just as described. The portable pump needed to be charged before use. The charge is good for about 2 times, then be sure to charge it again. It inflates and deflates very quickly which makes it easy to pack. We have not used the car adaptor yet, so no comment there. The bed is very comfortable for an inflatable bed. My husband is larger than I am, so there are times that I tend to "roll" towards him, but it's large enough to keep some distance. The bed seems very well made and durable, great for camping. Definately go for the raised feature, it keeps the cold air away from your body. Overall, I would buy this bed again and recommend it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Just fine - as long as you don't want to inflate it!, April 9, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: AeroBed All-Terrain Raised Air Mattress (Kitchen)
We were very excited to have our Aerobed arrive on the very day that we needed it. Unfortunately, one thing none of the advertising for this bed tells you is that the pump that comes with it

* does not run off regular house current (that is only to recharge it)
* requires 24+ hours to fully charge

The pump does come with a 12 volt adapter that will allow you to inflate the mattress using your car battery. However, the very thought of lugging the mattress outdoors in the snow and cold to blow it up, then attempting to maneuver the miserable thing back inside was at best underwhelming.

This airmattress has exactly one purpose: to throw in the back of the car for a quick camping trip. If you want a spare guest bed, choose something else!

1.0 out of 5 stars Sport Aero bed, raised twin, October 23, 2007
Terrible quality. The aero mattress itself is fine, but the electric pump didn't work upon arrival. Should yours work, remember, it has to charge for 24 hours before use.

4.0 out of 5 stars comfy and sturdy, October 15, 2007

Overall, we are very pleased with this aerobed. The one thing you must know beforehand is that the air pump must be charged for 24 hours before using the first time! When it's fully inflated it is quite comfortable, and it does not rock or sway. We're using it in a second home until we can get some of our furniture moved, we use it about once a week and it has not leaked or deflated.

4.0 out of 5 stars aerobed full size (all terrain) air bed, July 16, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The heigth of the aerobed all terrain air bed is nice. IF you are middle aged, as my wife and I are, you will enjoy not having to sleep directly on ground level. We bought our's for camping purposes. So far so good.
We did find out that the rechargable inflator is only good for one full inflation. We resorted to using the 12 volt car adapter, while camping, because the recargable unit , didn't quite fill the bed the second time around. The bed is easy and fast to deflate, and comes with a nylon, drawstring storage bag.
we have used the bed for one 3 night trip , and are happy with it thus far. It seems to be made sturdily, and we hope it withstands the test of time.
