The bed inflated quickly.It's quite comfortable and the height is exactly that of a regular bed.

Visiting grandchildren is always a highlight but space is an issue. Sleeping on an inflatable mattress can be a problem for a grandparent, which requires getting up in the middle of the night. The Aerobed was the solution as it inflates and deflates quickly, provides a higher sleeping platform, and is extremely comfortable. Actually, sleeping quality was better than with a conventional mattress or "exhaustion" from playing with the grandchildren promoted deeper sleep. :-)

This bed is unsteady and therefore extremely difficult to sleep on. It is difficult to balance yourself and I felt as thought I would fall off of the bed half the night. In order to use it (if you made the unfortunate mistake of buying it) you should lean it against the wall and roll towards the side with the wall. People are much better off buying the regular aerobed, which I have also tried. Due to it's position on the ground it is far more stable and therefore somewhat comfortable to sleep on.

Excellent! The bed inflates and deflates as advertised. Very fast. We've had it inflated for about 2 weeks and no leaks. You can sit on it like a regular bed. It's comfortable to sleep on. We're very pleased.

Aero bed is really the adult sleep sofa! There's nothing worse than having to sleep on the pull out sofa that has either metal mesh or metal bars sticking in your body while you're trying to sleep. The Aero Bed is the next best thing to a conventional mattress, and it's easy to put up and take down. Even if you have a dedicated guest room, there's always two that show up at the same time. Try the Aero Bed- I'd recommend only the platform style.

I love these Raised Aero Beds, Sheets fit very well on these types of mattresses and do not slip off like some other mattresses. It is very comfortable, too. We take them on Vacations cause my boys won't sleep in the same bed and they're great for unexpected guests.

I purchased this airbed well over a year ago. So far, it still has no problems with my daily use. I inflate it regularly, every couple of weeks, and unlike other people here who seems to have inflation problems, I am still fine. The only reason I don't give it a full 5-stars is because my roommate has the same bed, but within a few months of use, it has developed a leak. It seems that quality is inconsistent with this product. I simply got lucky, so far.

The bed is unsteady when sat on unless one is very careful upon putting weight on the bed. The raised part of the twin is the issue. Not useful for our needs. I have owned a floor model double areobed for years and have been pleased.

I did get the item in a timely manner. There was a leak. I tried a replacement value still there was a leak. I was disappointed. I have slept on aero bed and never had a leak. I sent it back. I hope they give me my money back.

...but it feels as if YOU will fall down if you get too close to the edge. It seems very unsteady to me. I might actually have preferred one of the old types that weren't raised. I would feel much safer if I was already on the floor.

I'm also very surprised by the feel of the AeroBed. I haven't felt anything like it since I had a waterbed back in the '70s. It sways back and forth with every move you make. Another reviewer said that there was no rubber smell to the bed at all. All I can say is that person needs to rush themselves to the hospital ASAP! There's a medical emergency just waiting to happen!
