If you have to sleep on a air bed or on the floor, the aero bed is the only one you should use! You can adjust it to be firm, or soft andit inflates really fast! Most other beds deflate soon after you put air into them, but the aero bed will stay inflated for days no matter what you do to it (except if you popped a hole in it!)

This bed would be great for camping. I have a rechargable Aero when they first came out and did not let the battery fully drain before recharging. The result is the charger did not keep a charge for long. When I called Customer service,they said, they were sorry, but the instructions state you have to make sure the battery is drained before recharging or else you will diminish the life of the charge. This battery option seems to be logical, except D batteries can be kind of expensive if you use it for sleepovers over friends homes all summer. I share this story because I did not appreciate the way Aerobed Customer Service handled my problem, which is a reflection on the company and the products they sell.

My grand kids love this bed. It is easy for them to inflate and it's always fun to let the air out. Used to be that when they stayed the night, the fight would be who got to sleep in Mimi's bed, now it is who gets to sleep on the "air bed".
