company does not stand behind product, July 29, 2010
This review is from: Aerobed Lasting Comfort Tough Queen Airbed with Built-in Headboard Includes Carry Bag (34513 / 595291)
I purchased this bed for guests who were to visit in a few weeks. I blew it up and left it in the empty guest room overnight to test it out. By morning, it had started to deflate, and by the evening it was 1/2 deflated. I sent it back to the company for an exchange, but they determined that there was a puncture, which they would not exchange or repair because they claim it must have happened in my home. This is impossible - I have no pets, there is no furniture in the room, and no one slept on it or even entered the room. It was a faulty product, and the company would not exchange or even repair it. I will not buy from this company again.

had it last less than 6 months, December 10, 2010
This review is from: Aerobed Lasting Comfort Tough Queen Airbed with Built-in Headboard Includes Carry Bag (34513 / 595291)
okay.. For air mattresses it was very good when I first got it.
Rarely had to reinflate it. I slept on it regularly. Had a really tough time
fitting standard queen size sheets on it though. somehow it got a punchure
in the top part of the bed. Don't know how.. but it is in the seam.
Repaired, but deflated every day. End up on the floor twice, and the seam broke and now it's bellowed out in the middle so it's become unconfortable to sleep on. It was fine in the morning, came home that night, and it was billowed out.
for a $100 mattress, I would not have expected it to puncture so easily or the seam to billow out like it did. I still don't know what punchured the top of the mattress.. You can't repair it properly on the top, because the leak just keep getting worse. I would just been fine with re-inflating it every day and trying to
repair it, but it's billowed out now right in the center.
If it didn't puncture it would be an okay mattress. Not sure how the seam at top broke in the middle of the mattress, but it is not a very sturdy mattress.
I have no pets.

Best Inflatable we've used!, February 26, 2011
This review is from: Aerobed Lasting Comfort Tough Queen Airbed with Built-in Headboard Includes Carry Bag (34513 / 595291)
This is a fantastic bed. Weve had it for a year. It works as well now as the first day we bought it. Super easy to use an it's durable. We have 2 cats and a dog and have had no punctures. No cons that I can think if at all.
