I like the first song of the CD, but the rest of the songs were annoying. They seem to have the same beat for every song, and the pace is too slow for running. Half way through my workout I had to turn the CD off or else I wouldn't have wanted to continue. Overall, it was disapointing. I wouldn't waste your money.
