Barbara Wintroub, PMA Gold Certified Pilates Instructor, degreed in Kinesiology and certified Medical Exercise Specialist, is owner and educational director of Retrofit Pilates Rx. Barbara teaches Pilates for UCLA extension Personal Training Department, Balanced Body University and American College on Exercise.
