I think that this dance made by Dr.Irene is a very good step to realize the miracle of being alive as a good start to love yourself, nurish your relationships, and be united with the whole universe. although I'm a male and can't make Aerobic like females, but just watching the dance gave the message to my heart. thanks to Dr.Irene for this peacful Dance
