This is Dr. Cooper's original book dating back to the late 1960's. This is the second time I read it and it still has pertinent information about physical conditioning 50 years later. This book describes the beneficial effect that conditioning can have on many disease states even some heart conditions that may be thought of an hopeless. The condition of the used book I purchased was good --as stated.
