This Kraftwerk-single is good. Reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because this Copy Controlled disc don't play in my MP3-player and computer! The 4 mixes (that includes the 7 inch & 12 inch Kling Klang mixes) are very creative and typical Krafty ;-) The music is 5 stars.

For those who think Krafterk is a "has-been" group, think again. They are still creating fresh, innovative techno music. Great song, check out the very creative music video.

While not as ambitious as the Expo Remix maxi-single CD, Aerodynamik delivers four variations of the song, two by the band and one each from Alex Gopher/Etienne de Crecy & Francois K.

The most ambitious is the dance club romp Dynamik Mix by Gopher and de Crecy. The 7:42 is way too short, as the beat just starts to become infectious when an abrupt stop leads to Francois K's dreamy Aero Mix.

The band's Kling Klang Radio Mix is seemingly an introduction - at 3:45 - but fails because there is slightly over 22 minutes total for the longer pieces. The Kling Klang Dynamix has a highly metallic, intriguing sound driving the beat.

There is enough production style to make Aerodynamik an interesting release. But a longer or second Dynamik Mix would have made for yet another Kraftwerk classic.

Mostly, this is a highly generic mix single with little worth in purchasing for Kratwerk fans. Pretty much everything good on the club-friendly tracks will be on the full length which features this single in it's best incarnation.
