This is not a beginners book and these aren't whole song arrangement's. What you get is accurate transcription of the major guitar solos and guitar rhythms with complete guitar 1, 2,and 3 parts in both standard notation and Tab notation. I just completed the intro solo to Train Kept A Rollin' and it is dead accurate, "Note for note". I am impressed. Too many books out there just don't come close in their transcriptions. With each breakdown there is a discussion on the applied theory and often some interesting background on the song or the band to keep it interesting. |
