Great shoe that meets my needs. I was concerned about the color when I ordered the shoes because the name says "Clean Slate Loafer in Mid Brown Patent Color: Black Patent Pu." I wasn't sure if I was getting brown or black shoes. Well as I 'd hoped they are black with a shiny textured finish. Wonderful!. I am a true size 7M and the shoes fit perfectly. I love the slight wedge and support around the heal. I have low arches and wear orthotics in all but dress shoes. The Clean Slate Loafer offers enough support so that my arches don't collapse. They are very comfortable and can be worn to compliment both casual or dressy outfits; pants or skirts: a staple for any woman's wardrobe.

This pair of shoes looked beautiful in the picture, and they fit as great as they looked. I'm very happy with this buy.

Tried these on at a store in my neighborhood & purchased them for
Easter. When I got home went on Amazon to see if they had them for comparible $$. Found them for 50% less at Amazon so ordered them. As usual Amazon was fast in delivery & I returned the others. They are really flat i.e. have no heel, yet comfortable.

I bought these for myself however they were a bit too narrow for me so I gave them to my mom . She loves these shoes!! She said that they are super comfortable and the style is casual elegant.

Patent leather shoes will be really big this fall, and these shoes are a good way of getting a fashionable item for little money. On top of that they are comfortable, and look great with pants. Nice simple and clean looking shoes.
