These are nice shoes..but, not nearly as comfortable as most Aerosoles are..they run a bit tight by the toes and I ordered the dark green..it looks black..ok..for the price..but not up to the usual Aerosoles comfort levels if your foot is just a touch on the wider side.

Can say too much about these shoes. I stand, constantly, and these have been my go-to shoes for that purpose. I have worn this brand for years and highly recommend them. I just purchased another pair in the same style, but plain black.

Aerosoles is one of my favorite brands of shoes. 90% of the time the shoes are the most ccmfortable and practical I own. I have many pairs and the Army style is a favorite overall. The name is not really fair or accurate because it makes them sound un-feminine and boring, but they are definitely not. I have 3 pairs now and they go well with skirts, jeans and dress pants alike. The soles are soft yet supportive and I find they are frequently my go-to shoes. I don't even think of them when I have them on. No pinching, no loud, jarring heel, just comfortable bliss. I highly recommend this style, but also Aerosoles in general. I am ordering the yellow nubuck next -- too cute! Oh, I said 90% of the time because I have had to send back 2 pairs over the years because of too-narrow a toe area. One of the best things about Aerosoles is they do offer many styles in wide. Didn't need the wide in the Army style though. They fit PERFECTLY. :)

Well the shoes arrived and I tried them on and they were too tight. I always wear a size 8 and these shoes say they are an 8 but they are more like a 7 1/2. I should have known better than to order shoes without trying them on. Now I am stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that don't fit and I wonder how many more people bought shoes from this company that were mismarked!!!

A few months ago I broke my big toe on my right foot. The pain me brought down into a pity pit full of tears and moaning. After some good meds and a healing process. I found wearing heels a problem. I couldn't but any weight on my big toe without screeching pain. I fell into wearing pretty thongs all summer. But here it is going into winter and I am still in thongs. I quickly searched my reliable Amazon for a solution. And there they were Aerosoles army croc black. I found them at steep discount. I hurriedly added them to my check out; 8 W. When they came the cushion was so soft and the sole was in sections making it easy to bend when you ran about your errands. I put them on left foot first a little tight but bearable. But on my right foot my toe starting yapping. I was so disappointed but fear not I am keeping the shoes. A trip back to the doctor and it was discovered I had developed Gout along the fracture of my toe. I don't blame the shoe the cushy goodness does my foot good. With proper nutrition and medication I can now wear my shoes and put away my thongs. They are kind of shiny patent leather but the cushion feels so good. If I buy them again I will go up 1/2 size to compensate for my bad toe. I wish they had double wide!

Just what I wanted. A nice comfortable shoe for everyday use. Goes well with slacks or jeans. Comfy inside and smart looking outside.

Shoes are VERY flexible and seem they would be comfortable but I think I should have went by the size I usually wear which is 7 1/2 M rather than the 8 wide which showed on a show chart I went by, but I will wear a foot sock under trouser sock with shoes so shoes won't slip. I will be wearing them with a pant suit to a wedding on this coming Saturday possibly . . . depending on weather and it'll be outdoors with a lot of walking and it's 2 and 1/2 hours away.

Bought for my elderly mother and she likes them very much (even if she does forget she has them). Only problem the heels are a little loose.

Nice shoes but they were a half size too small. Normally I would wear an 81/2 but a 9 would have been better. They are very soft and they didn't even hurt my feet but because they were too small my toes would go numb. I was going to exchange for a size 9 but I found another shoe while window shopping at the mall. So, I can't tell you how the size 9 fit but I feel comfortable in recommending these shoes.
