Watch arrived poorly regulated, July 16, 2010

With an item this costly, it is reasonable to expect that the manufacturer or subsequent distributors would trouble themselves to properly regulate it. It is not a difficult procedure requiring a few minutes time, the proper equipment and a modicum of skill. I attempted to get the watch regulated locally. The watchrepair man confiremed that it was in poor regulation and then refused to work on the watch-saying that it is the business of the offending company to assure that their products are properly regulated.
Returned.
