I found this to be an outstanding book for Affenpinschers (and other terriers). It had far better content than any of the websites including the AKC and Affenpinscher club. If you're interested in this little dog or you have one, this book is a great source for understanding your potentially troublesome little friend. Don't assume all little dogs are the same! The Affen is a big dog in a tiny package. He is demanding and incredibly loving.

I've owned many dogs over the past 35 years -- from toy Bussels Griffon/poodle mixes to huge Alaskan Malamutes. The Affenpinscher is more Malamute than he is poodle or Yorkie. This book will help you understand all aspects of the dog.

This book was very helpful. It taught me allot about the affenpincher breed and how they behave. The book also helped in trianing my dog as I was a first time dog owner. My dog has now gorwn to be a wonderful friend and campanion.
