These are truly seed thoughts that take root deep in one's psyche and gradually help to build a stronger Self over time. I have been reading this daily for four years, and never get tired of the daily messages and affirmations. Every year, they are relevant and reveal a new level of meaning.

This book is a great way to start the day. Each day touches upon another aspect in which to help you grow. There is so much for each of us to learn; no matter what age we are. As the saying goes, "When the student is ready, the teacher will come."
