This UK EXCLUSIVE is a must for SG fans and dance freaks like myself: the remix by Almighty takes this song to a higher level. In fact the last time Almighty did a truly great remix was when they re-worked TO THE MOON AND BACK! It is so nice (and about time!) to hear Columbia push an uptempo song from the guys after SO many fantastic ballads. This is where the guys really let loose and go back to their rocked up roots. Affirmation is a great song about positivity and freedom to be what you want to be; Darren's very own mantra for a healthy life! The remix maintains the hi-nrg, futuristic feel from the original and allows Darren's (as always) superb vocals to shine bright over the beats and noises. Momentum builds through each verse and explodes with the powerful chorus. Eddie Aroyo's short mix of CRASH & BURN is warm and relaxing and wraps around the beautiful words like melting caramel. A pure treat that is so short, you go straight back and play it again. If you're looking to expand on the Affirmation album listening experience and fall in love with these songs all over again, then go no further. NB: UK CD2 includes live versions of AFFIRMATION, TRULY & I KNEW I LOVED YOU.

I had big epectations for this cd which a friend recommended for me. And those it ever live up to them. I recommend this for hard core savage garden fans, savage garden fans, and non savage garden fan. I my self fit into the non fan category befor i got this cd. Ever since i got the cd a relised what great talent this band has. The songs are exeptionally good and i hope you enjoy this cd its great.
