I was looking for a good audio affirmation cd and when I bought this item. This man has a good voice and is easy to listen to. The only complaint I have is the fact that his affirmations are too wordy and hard to remember.

I got sick and tired of my own negativity and self-degrading thoughts.
I absolutely love these affirmations! Listen to them walking to work and on the subway. He repeats each affirmation about 15 times and all i do is listen. I dont stand in the mirror or repeat them to myself, just listen. It shut down my negative thoughts almost overnight. Now i listen to him sporadically, especially when I get down on myself. I couldnt recommend him more!! I have literally copied this CD at least 7 times and passed it along to friends, please do yourself a favor and let william simpson into your head! |
