My mother was recently diagnosed with late stage ovarian cancer. This book presents information, and answers many questions in a straightforward sensitive manner. There is a great laymans description of different types of cancer as well as an informative overview of the disease and its effect on people this century... I strongly recommend this book to anyone who has been diagnosed, or is close to someone who has been diagnosed with any type of cancer. This is only the second book that I have reviewed of the numerous I have bought on-line- I hope that I have done it justice- it really helped me.
