Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, George Segal, and Sandy Dennis all give fantastic performances.
I've never seen a film that captures this psychological chemistry as powerfully as Nichols's adaptation, and the Burton-Taylor performances are truly remarkable.
This is one of those movies with so much dialog that you continue to get more out of it each time you watch it.
