eloquent first-hand account of recent African policy,
By Mary C. Greening (Los Angeles, California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Africa Reawakening: What the Continent Did with International Aid (Paperback)
This book is a positive analysis which shows hope for Africa's future. It is very compact and experiential as well as theoretical. It is a gripping story from the perspective of someone involved in the shaping of African policy, and weaves theory with history eloquently. Fascinating first-hand account of history and policy in Africa.
