My husband lost 14 pounds with this last month and swears by this stuff. I've been taking African Mango Burn for about 2 weeks now and have lost 8 pounds so far! I can say without a doubt I definitely feel fuller during the day and I really am not getting the cravings I used to get either even when I skip lunch or other meals. I just feel full. It's kind of hard to describe. I think this is the biggest help of all, since this was one of the main reasons I gained so much weight. I think any product that helps me avoid late night bingeing deserves a good rating in my book. I think that if I can just keep away from the late night cravings for a few more weeks, I'll be in good shape.
