I love this tape because it is a good easy introduction to timeline & keyframes. This tape is targeted for real beginner.
If you have work with Timelines apps (Premiere, Flash, etc.), then you really don't need this tape!

I knew nothing about After Effects when I bought this tape. I knew a little photoshop, but that's about it. This tape was GREAT for learning quickly. It moves at a brisk pace, but I needed to learn at a brisk pace, so it was perfect! I've watched a lot of training tapes, and they usually put me to sleep. This one cut out all the fat, actually had a host with personality (a rare thing in training tapes), and taught me enough to finish a looming project ahead of schedule. I've already watched the 2nd and 3rd tapes in the series, and plan to get the 4th. I've also given the first tape as a gift to several of my peers, who all love it. If you need to learn quickly, and you want to have some laughs along the way, get this tape, and 2, 3, and 4.

i have tried educational books and videos, and this is the best of them all, Taz is very quick, he dont waste any time, its well worth the money, in fact, im going to buy boot camp part 2 rigth now.
