I have Afterglow's lip love in the color Adore. This lipstick goes on so smooth and moisturizes even better than most lip balms I use. I wear this all the time and have found it to be very long lasting. Another thing I love about it is that it doesn't bleed or move at all, it stays put! This is definitely a staple in my makeup routine now.

Nice lipsticks, very moisturing and creamy. The color I have is Autumn, and it's really lovely and rich -- even if it was a bit overpriced. But the price I could deal with. The problem I found -- and it's a really substantial one -- is this company's useless "customer service." The one person I managed to contact live there tried to be helpful (generally no one answers their phone or returns messages), but I guess it's beyond any one person. So the rundown on what happened in my case is as follows: Placed two orders, two separate dates. BOTH were lost, never shipped, until I called (a couple of weeks later in both cases) to find out what was going on. Then refunds, partial credits -- whatever -- take forever. And they don't really know how to do them. One credit to me at Paypal was incomplete because I got charged a service fee for my refund. Also, I was told (by that one service person who tries to help) that my shipping charges would be refunded, because of all the screw ups and all the trouble and time my orders had cost me. Nice try, but it never happened. It's total amateur night at Afterglow. So if you have a lot of patience, and/or you're sure you'll never want to return or exchange anything, and/or you have loads of time to spend trying to reach them by phone or exchanging emails that go on for days, go ahead and take a chance here. Otherwise, stay away.

Afterglow cosmetics makes a great lipstick. It's moisturizing and creamy and has a great line of colors. I bought "Secret" and it's great. I also like that it's organic. The ingredient lists on some other brands of lipsticks, and knowing that I'd be ingesting it if I wore it, made me lose my appetite. I'm sticking with Afterglow Cosmetics now.
