Purchased this product to be able to use my cell phone as a modem and access the Internet through my cellular carrier, Alltel. The software was not compatible with my phone (even though the description said it was) and so is useless to me. I've already placed it in file 13. So I guess I just paid for an extra data cable. Maybe I'll need it one day. Anyway, my brother did the same thing... tried to buy the same software cheaper on the Internet, and his didn't work either. Buy from your carrier. It will cost more but at least it will be guaranteed to work.

I ordered these items in October, after a month I still had not received the items..Ended up canceling the order. Not Amazon's fault, I have ordered from Amazon for years and never had a problem... Is the store that sold it to me who's no good...
