5.0 out of 5 stars Their best work yet!!!, July 2, 2003

I was first blown away by archive when the single Londinium came out. It was absolutely incredible. the combination of female & male voacls, great lyrics & those amazing moogs is breathtaking. This single is better. The full version (16:17!) is a masterpiece. Great music, great vocals great lyrics. As dark and capturing as it can get. Constatly developing, reaching a climax, stopping and reclimaxing. Just like a great movie. Just like anything great should be...

4.0 out of 5 stars Pigs on the wing, August 7, 2002

Wow. The arrival of new vocalist Craig Walker makes for quite a different sound - a darker sound. Listening to this I was immediately reminded of mid-70's Pink Floyd - anyone familiar with the Pink Floyd albums "Animals" and "Wish you Were Here" will surely make the same connection. Uncanny.

I gave this a 4-star as the production is of a high quality and I did like it (even though it's not what I expected). I expect fans of earlier Archive (Londinium, Take My Head et al) to be disappointed - this is very different.
