As host of the widely successful radio show Talk About It Today and as a public speaker traveling across the country and speaking at such prestigious events such as the I AM EMPOWERED national tour, Youth Explosion Conference, and the GEMS Annual Summit, I often encounter individuals who use their current circumstances to determine what life will afford them tomorrow. 
In life we must understand a few pivotal points.

First we were designed to win and our innate ability to maneuver through adversity has proven that theory and secondly, we are hurdlers. The obstacles that we will face in life are just hurdles but we have the ability to jump over those hurdles and create winning scenarios that will allow us to be successful and achieve our goals.  Throughout Against All Odds you will learn ten steps to revolutionize your destiny so that you can live your greatest potential. You will often hear me speak of dreams. By dreams, I am referring to your goals.

One of my goals was to be an NFL player and ESPN announcer but I have never had those jobs. God had another plan for me. In Against All Odds, I challenge and encourage you to have multiple dreams and continue dreaming until you find your purpose.  Dreams are forever. 

This book isn't aimed to entertain you with self-help advice pulled from practical knowledge. Against All Odds is the result of what I and others have learned as we encountered new challenges and adventures. It comes from the heart.

Morton's Full Gospel Baptist Church Annual Young Adult Conference, Bank of America Show ME Karma Teen Summit and The Gubernatorial Debate of Georgia. To place yourself on a platform so that others may be advanced by your "setbacks" is what Mo did in this book. His transparency is remarkable, his courage is admirable and his story is inspirational!! I had always heard the cliche that against all odds you can be successful, but what the book is taught me is that without the proper self examination and deliberate, purposeful living, the odds are that you won't reach the goals that you've set for yourself and live the life you want. What I'm seeing is that, I DETERMINE THE ODDS; whether they are favorable or not. Thanks, Mo Stegall, for being a vessel willing to share a message that so many need to hear. This is a definite MUST READ!! You owe it to yourself, and you'll be glad you did.

Mo's honesty, transparency, and candidness are really what will capture you from the moment you open this book. The challenges and obstacles that he has had to overcome will cause the reader to do some personal reflection, and begin to realize that the only thing that can stop us from reaching our goals is ourselves. Mo lets the reader know that his circumstances did not define who he was and a sheer will and determination will help you reach whatever goal you seek to obtain. If you do not want to change your life and be the best person you can be, then this book is not for you. For the people who are truly wanting to "Revolutionize their destiny" this is a must have!! Take the Key Points and absorb them into your mind!

"The Poetic Language" is definitely an added bonus!!
