This book changed who I am. I couldn't put it down. Read this book if you want understand more about life and what it means to be human. AGAINST THE MEGAMACHINE will open up your mind to multiple perspectives.

Against the Megamachine is yet another work by one of the most brilliant minds of our generation. All of his comments are insightful and poignant. Watson writes with authority and will keep you thinking and laughing! A must read for anyone who claims to be intelligent!

Ponderous and boring, Against the Megamachine is not so much an essay against the empire and its enemies as a cure for chronic insomnia. The arguments are circular and perplexing, with the words "Nature", "Counterculture" and "Abstract" being particularly important to the author, apparently. How such a cakehead could ever get published is a mystery to me. How he could even be a teacher is even more confusing. Keep your $14 for something better; perhaps a book by Ayn Rand, a romance novel of the sort found in the supermarket, or the pros of incinerators.
