The overall game is amazing and you can't leave it alone for a second!
It is a very fun game and the graphics are amazing! The only downside about this game though, is that if you have a Vista, DO NOT get this game or any in this category for that matter. In amazon, they may list it as Vista compatible, but don't be fooled, it does NOT work well with Vista! So beware if you get this game and you have a vista.

My biggest problem when searching for PC games is that I'm much too attached to the Nancy Drew adventure games. I love the plot twists, the difficult puzzles, the diversity of atmosphere, and especially the morbidness of it all. For the most part, horror/mystery adventure PC games that I've tried have failed to hold a candle to my beloved Ms. Drew. This game, however, was pleasantly surprising.
To start off, the premise of the game is engaging: an adventure game based on a classic mystery novel, which in turn is set on the famous Orient Express. So, a mystery game based in fact? Intriguing.... Truthfully, there are very few points about this game that I don't like. The characters are interesting, and Poirot is just adorable. It was a fresh idea to play as a 'new' character, rather than Monsieur Poirot, as it gives the player a chance to develop their own sleuthing skills while having Poirot assist if necessary. The graphics are as I would expect for a non-combat (and therefore not as widely demanded) PC game - good, but not what they should be. In some ways, Murder on the Orient Express reminded me of Nancy Drew in that you had complete control of your character and what they looked at, what they did, what they said, etc. The 'puzzles' were not really puzzles, but more situations that you had to find a way out of. That was something of a disappointment, as I'm extremely fond of puzzle adventure games. Also, the sounds and actions were not always synced correctly - more than a few times I saw Poirot speak before actually hearing his silly French accent. Another thing I did enjoy was the fact that the ending was different than the book, as it gave the game a bit of independence and didn't spoil the game if one had read the book already. All in all, an entertaining game, though not quite up to par with HerInteractive's game series. But for those of you who don't know the difference, or don't mind a diversion from the normal scenery of adventure games, I would say go for it.

I purchased this item from the game downloads and the game downloaded quickly and played flawlessly. I am very happy with the game and the game visuals were wonderful. I had wanted this game for a long time and amazon.com game downloads were the best price that I found. Would recommend this game to anyone that likes a mystery adventure game.
