A Life-Saving Book
Walt has a wonderful way of teaching critical information and entertaining at the same time. The Ageless Adept is one of the books that I prize in my large catalog of health books. The mix of philosophy, biology and good old common sense compelled me to incorporate many of the practices in this book. I feel younger, more energetic and have a clearer sense of purpose...

Walt has a wonderful way of teaching critical information and entertaining at the same time. The Ageless Adept is one of the books that I prize in my large catalog of health books. The mix of philosophy, biology and good old common sense compelled me to incorporate many of the practices in this book. I feel younger, more energetic and have a clearer sense of purpose. To right a wrong when it comes to health is not easy, but it's darn sure worth it. I'm living proof!
