The Agency portion is excellent, and the the Partnership portion is good but should be given more materials and some details to explain the quoted texts from UPA and RUPA. It would be even better if the book provides some indepth review questions.
However, this book has many typos and some incomplete sentences. It seems that the proof-reader did not do a good job.

This book really helped in BizOrgs. Much better written than the average legal text, concise, and well-organized. Bainbridge's treatise on Corporations is great, too. This continues the tradition of excellent Concepts & Insights handbooks (Chirelstein on Contracts is a must).
