Book Description

October 1, 1996
This is a concise, cohesive work which will be indispensable to those who are in search of 'why,' UFOs exist, and "why' they are here.

This is a serious book for the genuine student-researcher as well as those who are more casually interested. Both will find this one to be an interesting and rewarding read.

The Agenda is filled with genuine substance, end to end. Well researched, well written and totally informative. This is an original effort, not a mere rehash of events.

Review

Reviewed by Dr. Greg Little: This is an absolutely fascinating, small, paperbound book that takes several unusual twists in how a Christian might view UFOs and alien interventions. B. Fox begins by stating, "As a Christian layman, I must take God at His Word. He never mentions UFOs as such but refers to observers, or to the earth and man, as being a spectacle..." Fox believes that aliens have visited earth and are being manipulated by Satan, the leader of the fallen angels. Fox asserts that the alleged crash of an alien craft in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 actually happened and that the U>S> government is conspiring to cover it up. Several other UFO crashes are also mentioned. Since the aliens in the crashed saucers died, it is obvious that they are mortal and not angels, gods, or demons. The book cites much Scripture showing how the archangel Lucifer ruled earth prior to the creation of man. At some point, Lucifer revolted and "invaded" Heaven with a horde of angels and 'others' in an attempt to take it over. Lucifer lost and was banished back to the earth after which his name was changed to Satan. Then God created the human and Satan and his followers began to conspire to control and destroy this creation that was made to eventually ascent to the heavens. As Fox shows, Satan almost succeeded. The book presents a host of highly unusual ideas that should give those with Christian leanings pause for consideration. I was most impressed with the use of Scripture to support the contention that Satan might use aliens to bring about his master plan. The obvious question about such speculations is the same one that pops up time and again in all alien theorizing - Why? Fox answers that the aliens are trying to share in the ultimate destiny for which human beings were originally created by God. The genetic manipulation that is reported in typical abduction scenarios fits this idea well. I would highly recomment this book to anyone who has the slightest interest in UFOs as angelic craft and to those who remain Christian despite having an interest in the paranormal. The provocative ideas presented in The Agenda make it well worth the small price. (Alternate Perceptions (Magazine)) -- Alternate Perceptions (Magazine)

Reviewer is S. Shoemaker: This is a concise, cohesive work which will be indispensable to those who are in search of 'why'" UFOs exist, and 'why' they are here. This is a serious book for the genuine student-researcher as well as those who are more casually interested. Both will find this one to be an interesting and rewarding read. A great deal of the UFO experience is examined forthrightly. That the aliens are here for much more than sight-seeing is but one aspect raised. Anyone interested in the UFO phenomena will enjoy this book including those who are not "experts" in the UFO field. It's filled with genuine substance, end to end. Well researched well written and totally informative. This is an original effort, not a mere rehash of events. Not only the 'why' of UFO existence, but, also, the possible reasons for the reaction of world governments to the UFO experience is explored in detail. From far back in antiquity to the present day, mankind's reaction to them is practically detailed. The possibilities of what the future holds in store for man is elaborated on. Don't pass this one by as "just another UFO book." It isn't. It's well worth reading a second time. A bibliography directs the reader to other meritorious material on the UFO subject. 1.0 out of 5 stars The Agenda - The Real Reason They're Here, July 4, 2000

This review is from: The Agenda: The Real Reason They're Here (Paperback)
This isn't a book. It is a 66 page religious tract. According to Fox, aliens are a threat to us spiritually--as much as is Satan--because their agenda is to "take over" our race to enjoy the benefits of God's earth and love of humans who are superior to any other beings, i.e., the "chosen" of God. The author uses extensive Bible references (adding some questionable interpretations) and proselytizes extensively. She is selective in choosing anecdotal material from others' works on the subject of UFOs and aliens, creates illogical connections, and purports unfounded conclusions. The book is poorly written and edited, and reads at the level of a sixth grader. Whether you believe in any of this or not, anyone who has read any of the serious and/or scholarly works regarding theories of UFOs and aliens, such Alien Agenda by Jim Marrs, will find this book irritatingly simplistic and unsophisticated in its attempt to frighten us (humans) with fire and brimstone fundamentalism to be Christians and avoid the wrath of God. If you are a Christian, you may find this book a reasonable explanation of the role of unidentified phenomena in the ongoing battle between good and evil, God and anti-God. For the rest of us, it is just one more amalgamation of uncorrelated and disparate theories resulting in an outrageous conclusion, which may or may not provide an amusing distraction--temporarily.

1.0 out of 5 stars Want to pay $10 for a religious pamphlet?, January 10, 2009
This review is from: The Agenda: The Real Reason They're Here (Paperback)
I bought this because I am a UFO nut and paid about $10. and it turned out to be practically a religious pamphlet trying to steer you away from the UFO's to God & religion instead! I felt ripped off. It's not even a book. This could be something a guy dressed in robes at a Florida turnpike would hand to you and then ask you for a donation to help support the cost of the printing of it and then invite you to a vegitarian feast later...

5.0 out of 5 stars A Christian Viewpoint on UFOs At last, August 24, 2000

Phil Stenberg (Fort Worth, Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Agenda: The Real Reason They're Here (Paperback)
It's about time someone wrote what the Bible says about the UFO phenemenon. I found the explanation of angels, aliens and ancient civilizations totally enlightening and a must read for everyone, Christian or non Christian. It proves that science and the Bible are in agreement as to the true age of the earth.

It should bring a sigh of relief to those who are in fear of being abducted for it tells people how to put a stop to it. Thank you B. Fox. Are you going to write any more books?
