I am a Lean Six Sigma consultant who had an opportunity to work with an IT department. I was unfamiliar with some of the IT methodologies. Agile is a 'mantra' for many and I want to understand it better. There seemed to be some similarities between it and the other two methodologies. This book has been an excellent resource.
