I was a bit concerned when I ordered this item because the product description was insufficiently detailed and so it seemed much to good to be true: At a mere $20 (from Pricebully), I had a feeling that I might end up with a 5" diameter tunnel made of rice paper.
Instead, I'm very pleased with this product, which makes an excellent "object identification" type agility training piece for a small backyard. The tunnel portion is about 3' long with a diameter of about 20" (though I haven't actually taken a measuring tape to it). My 45lb collie-lab cross (who measures about 19" at her haunches) has no problem at all going through it. The product includes tent pegs for holding the tunnel in place on the ground and detachable chute, which attaches via a combination of elastic and Velcro, and which is about as long as a standard agility chute. I don't think I'd pay full price for the item (listed as $59.99), but at $20 it's a great deal!

This is great for a small to medium dog, probably not much over 30 pounds. My 8 pounder took to it quickly. She is really great at trying new things. To keep it from rolling in the house,I placed it against the wall, and put a couple rolls of T.P. against the outer side. Easy to store. Can't beat it for the price, under $20. Be good for 4-H kids to practice. Pretty durable so far.

I picked this up at a local discount store for 10 bucks. I have two fairly large dogs (about 26 inches at the withers and between 70-85 pounds) and was a little nervous that this would be a tight squeeze. Mine measured in at 20 inches diameter, which seems to be between 4-5 inches smaller than the large size tunnels sold as competition quality. Both dogs can make it through easily enough, but I wouldn't expect them to be able to race through it the way you normally would for agility practice. It came with a handy sheet with some pointers for training your pooch to go through the tunnel ( the promise of a treat made for a quick lesson for our dogs) . I have only used it inside so far but I think it will be much easier to use outside with the provided stakes since it is hard to stabilize on our wood floors. The main tunnel collapses and has built in loops to keep it nice and tidy for storage. It is not super heavy duty but it is sturdy and seems to be well put together. I am happy with the product and we have had a lot of fun playing around with it.

Dog agility chute,

This collapsible training chute is a very good buy for agility training in the backyard. No, it does not meet AKC or UKC specifications, but it is still a good and economical piece of agility equipment. It's diameter is smaller, but my dogs at 24" manage to pass through it without much problem. Smaller dogs should see no difference between it and the standard size. The only shortcoming of the product is the way the chute is attached to the tunnel portion with velcro and the straps that tie the unit to the ground. The chute goes over the two straps which allows the chute to come off of the tunnel after several run throughs. If slots were made in the chute to pass the straps through this would be an excellent piece of equipment.

I bought this pretty much on a whim. I am training my 5th agility dog, a 23 inch female Belgian Sheepdog. It's PERFECT for backyard fun and training. My retired smaller female also enjoys running through this tunnel.
Now the real surprise, my 26.5 inch male Belgian ALSO goes through, he must be crouching big time! He cut in front of one the girls to show me he could do it, I was expecting him to carry it off with but he made it. Having said that, I would NOT send large fast dogs through this, I doubt it would hold up to that sort of abuse. This will not stay outside, I'll bring it in after use so it will last longer. I'm quite happy with this item.

This is a good piece of equipment for home agility training, especially for smaller dogs. It is a little light for larger dogs or for heavy use by a lot of dogs. It serves my purpose of home training with my border collie.

Awesome tunnel for a small space! Got this for my corgi to play with in our apartment and he's already racing through happily. He's 5 months old, 20 pounds, and fits perfectly fine. Not meant to be a permanent outdoor fixture, but light, easy to handle and store. Also, my cats LOVE it. Great for the money!

This Agility Tunnel With Decatchable Chute is awesome! it is the first real agility equipment I have ever owned! I have had it a couple months and it has only gotten one little tear in it (And that was my fault not my dogs). the tear was a seam, so I just sewed it back up. It works perfectly! My dog loves it! She will just ZOOM through it. She is deffinetly NOT afraid of it! It was deffinetly a item worth buying! Plus I got it at a great price:$10! :D

My 4 month old puppy took to this right away...it is large enough for small to medium dogs. Great price. I had no problem using it in my large hallway and the velcro keeps the two pieces together well. "Alice" looks for things to take in and run thru with! very happy...thanx

I was quite skeptical to buy the tunnel, but am happy that I did. The tunnel material is thin, but holds up. Only a small dog can fit through it. I use it outside and it stays in place on windy days.
