Jackie Silver's book is fun to read and practical. The anti-aging tips are definitely things anyone can do. I'm 31 and glad I got my hands on this book so early!

Alternating between amusing and touching anecdotes while citing the latest research, Jackie Silver has presented us with a goldmine of anti-aging tips. And not just for women. Anyone truly interested in slowing and even reversing signs of aging should read this book and refer to it often.

The author could well be one of the next well-known anti-aging authorities, so get this book for a hint of what's to come.

I was thrilled when I received my copy of 'Aging Backwards' by Jackie Silver because she definitely knows her stuff! This book is a collection of THE BEST beauty & skin care tips around all in one place. Every woman should have a copy of this book and consider it to be their 'anti-aging' bible! Kudos to you Jackie!
