Although this ook was written for a Canadian audience and therefore uses the metric system throughout there were many adjustments and annotations made for the US readership. It has an extensive list of references for every issue. It was exactly as I expected and is a well researched tome which will be very useful and used as a reference work for a long time. I am a certified group exercise instructor and I specialize in those over 40 years old.
