Awesome awesome power metal, September 8, 2008

I initially checked out 'World of Ice' by these guys and I was bitterly disappointed. That said, I wasn't about to fork over the cash for another Insania album. However, I managed to check out 'Agony - Gift of Life' for free, and I have to say - it is amazing. I'm sure these guys get this a lot, but this album totally reminds me of Stratovarius - especially 'Elements' era Strato. Insania have perfected the massive, heavenly sounding power metal with this bunch of fast-paced, shredding hymns. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to imagine charging through misty mountain meadows on the naked back of a unicorn while drinking trickling streams of golden dew off of a rainbow.
