I purchased this product from a local chef in Florida. It is worth every penny if you are a tangerine lover! No artificial taste, etc. -- just pure oil and fruit. It is fabulous by itself, drizzled over mixed baby greens or spinach. Throw on some great cheese crumbles and nuts, and "Viola!" salad extraordinaire.
