Solid Protection and Great Looks, With One Caveat, May 2, 2010

There's not much to say about a head case, but this one is definitely consistent with the quality you would expect from Aquilar. The fit is snug, the build quality is impressive, and it's the perfect thing to complete the look of your matching Ag500 in Boss Brown and your DB series cab in Boss Tweed.
There's one caveat, however. The tolex covering is a bit fragile (as all tolex is), so you will want to be careful with this head case. That may seem to defeat the purpose of a head case, but really it makes sense. By protecting your head case from even cosmetic damage you also protect the expensive amplifier inside. And it will certainly do its job of protecting your amplifier from falls, blunt trauma, and whatever else you can throw at it. And really, it looks so cool that I don't care if the tolex is fragile. So I would definitely recommend it.
