Ahava Honey Herbal Relaxation Bath Salts, 32oz

I have had insomnia for five years, averaging 3 hours sleep a night. A short bath (20 min) with this each night helps me to sleep a full night-at least 6.5 hours.

As a long time user of ahava products, I knew what to expect as far as the effect on my skin - I have psoriasis and this product is wonderful for that. I did expect a more "honey" type of scent, perhaps with a vanilla undertone, along the lines of Burt's Bees milk and honey products. However, the scent is more medicinal (for lack of a better word), but not at all offensive.
